3. Fill the form and submit it at Elysee Fries Awkuzu, Infofirst Cyber Cafe Nkwelle Awkuzu or scan it and send to faceofawkuzupageant@gmail.com (for those outside Awkuzu).
4. Acknowledge the receipt of your confirmation message (to be sent to you with 24hours of submission of your registration form).
5. Keep teller or transaction slip safe for audition.
